| Close up you can see the insulator needed underneath the LM317. I'm using the stock retaining clip and screws, but note I have removed the TT cable entry point. If you have this feature you will need an Aluminium spacer of about 4mm thick placed between the mounting boss and the board to lift the tracks above the rim of the entry point. |
